ACCUSED murderer Ian Robert Turnbull will remain in custody after another adjournment in Moree Local Court today.
A representative of the court confirmed the case was adjourned until November 17 by Magistrate Michael O'Brien.
Mr Turnbull, 79, appeared via a video link and there was no new application for bail, meaning he will stay in custody for the time being.
Mr Turnbull is alleged to have shot and killed Office of Environment and Heritage compliance officer Glen Turner on June 29.
He is also alleged to have detained a colleague of Mr Turner who was at the scene, preventing him from assisting and providing aid to the deceased as they stopped to inspect a remote road near Croppa Creek, north of Moree.
