THE annual Booroomooka Angus bull sale, held by the Munro family at Bingara, achieved a 100 per cent clearance and a top of $34,000 on Friday.
The entire draft of 194 bulls was cleared by 126 registered bidders from across four states and territories, achieving an average of $4832.
Lot 119, Booroomooka Upward H605, was the highlight attracting a bidding frenzy that peaked at $34,000.
A five party syndicate including 5 Star Angus, Nundle; Dulverton Angus, Glen Innes, Coolana Angus, Victoria; Culden Newry, Tasmania and Glenisa Angus, Queensland secured the purchase after inspecting the
bull a couple of months ago.
