NEW and repeat buyers filled the stands at the 24th annual Lotus
Hereford bull sale near Pinkett today.
The Holliss family cleared all but one of the 35 bulls offered to top at $8000 and average $4700.
Lot 12, a Talbalba Wagon son topped the draft selling to neighbour, Phillip Duddy, Pinkett.
Weighing in at 942 kilograms, the 24-month old bull scanned an eye muscle area of 137 square centimetres and an intramuscular 4.8 per cent.
Buyers came from Queensland, Victoria and across NSW, with 70pc returning to Lotus as repeat clients.
