RIDES, livestock, farm machinery, utes, and more will fill the Hawkesbury Showground, Clarendon, on the first weekend in November.
The Farming Small Areas and Lifestyle Expo will take place on November 1 and 2 at the showground in Sydney's north west between Windsor and Richmond.
An animal petting farm, a show and shine ute muster, a small breeds cattle show, and a range of livestock and machinery on show will ensure there is something for all the family.
Poultry, cattle, sheep, alpacas and horses will be on display, along with livestock associations in order to provide a range of information about the breeds.
Tractors, quad bikes, mowers, water tanks and more would also be on show, with vendors able to help customers find the make and model to suit their needs.
For those wanting to know more about cooking, the Country Women's Association would provide a range of cooking demonstrations in the lecture theatre.
Talks on backyard poultry breeds, cattle breeds and more would also take place throughout the two day event.
The expo was designed to showcase a rural lifestyle for those who were thinking about jumping into farming or moving onto an acerage block, said event organisers The Land events manager Guy Rowlison.
"With rides for the children, along with the animal petting farm, and a broad range of livestock on display there is something for all the family," Mr Rowlison said.
"It also provides a one-stop-shop for those in the market for equipment or livestock for their established or growing farm.
"Not to mention the huge range of tractors, mowers, water tanks and more to suit a range of on-property needs."
Entry is $5 a carload or $2 a person.
Presented by The Land newspaper, the event is sponsored by NSW Farmers, the Agricultural Societies Council (ASC) Elders Windsor, Windsor Holden and supported by ASC Youth Group.
