Remember the days when we lined up with proud Merino sheep for the judging of Supreme exhibits at Hay, Denilquin and Jerilderie Sheep Shows.
Old mates from the Riverina, Stuart Hodgson and Neil Graham were recently at a sheep show in Tasmania and thought, “how great would it be to get the old crew back together”.
Teaming up with Annie Macpherson (Taylor), they request anybody that has been associated with the renowned Riverina Merino Studs (owners, staff, sheep classers, wool company personnel, clients, journalists, photographers etc.) in the past 50 odd years to come together for a weekend of fun.
A reunion is organised for the weekend of April 16 and 17 when dinner and lunch will be held in Wagga Wagga.
The call is being made for a commitment to attend, with organisers wanting payment by this Friday, March 11 to confirm catering details.
