Dear readers,
The Land's cover price will rise next Thursday, June 2 from $3.80 to $4. The decision to lift the cover price has not been taken lightly.
We recognise that even 20 cents can make a difference to weekly budgets, particularly for farming families. The Land has held its price steady for more than two years.
During that time many of our costs have risen significantly. We can no longer delay a price rise if we are to sustain the level of content our readers expect.
In return for your support, our commitment is to keep providing the best in timely, relevant and useful agricultural news and information. This means publishing stories that help our loyal readers grow their businesses and make informed decisions.
I am excited to say a new business liftout will appear from June 30 to deliver even more value. I hope you enjoy it.
In the meantime, thank you for reading The Land. You will judge our value by the quality of what we publish. I'm confident we can live up to your expectations.
