Norco fights for 6.5 cents a litre price increase to support ailing industry

Norco chairman Greg McNamara has been pushing for sustainable dairy prices for years and this week the co-operative announced a 6.5c/l temporary increase to be paid through the Grocery and Route trade market.

A temporary price increase of 6.5 cents a litre paid to Norco dairy suppliers will help offset a horror summer that has blown out feed budgets and pushed many producers to the brink of despair.
