CHAMPION flocks and a champion of Australia's wool industry combine at Parkes on Thursday, February 27 for the Central Western Wool Growers dinner.
Central West Merino Ewe competition co-organiser, Russell Jones, Dariwell stud, Trundle, said it was fitting for fixture's 21st year to celebrate Mernos and wool after viewing the best two flocks of Trundle's Ted Little, Condobolin's Don Brown and Parkes Doug Bicket memorial contests.
"We invite all sheep breeders to join us for the flock tours then dinner with special guest speaker, Australian Wool Innovation chair, Colette Garnsey," Mr Jones said.
The tour begins at Parkes 6.30 at Gracelands Motel or 7.30am at Trundle Hotel.
