A yarding of 2186 good quality cattle sold to a firm market at Wodonga on Thursday.
Corcoran Parker director Justin Keane said it was challenging times everywhere but the sale had gone very well, both from a price perspective as well as the management of the day.

"There's not much change in the market overall," Mr Keane said.
"Feeder steers sold for around 400c/kg for a good, black steers and a touch more on those really nice pens of cattle.
"There were a lot of 390c/kg for a Black Baldy and for a Hereford, but there wasn't a lot of Herefords in that feeder weight."
The few cows and calve units on offer sold to a top of $2100.
Most feeder steers, weighing more than 350kg sold from $1100 to $1600/hd.
The top pen of steers were 20 Angus cross offered by J Meyers, Leneva, Victoria, weighing 458kg on average and selling for $1835/head.
Perkins Pastoral, Alexandria, Vic, sold 30 Hereford, two and four-teeth steers, weighing 546kg for $1800/hd.
J and V Bond, Wyandra, Tooma offered 30 Angus steers, weighing 419kg, which sold for $1470/hd.
Iona of Corowa sold 14 Angus steers, 8-10 months-old, weighing 382kg, for $1500/hd.
Mr Keane said as the cattle got lighter the cents per kilo rose again, some making more than 460c/kg.
Most steers weighing below 350kg sold from $760 to $1300/hd.
Ewen Mar of Tooma offered a line of 52 Hereford, spring-drop weaner steers, weighing 218kg on average made $995/kg.
Heifers also remained firm on last sale, most selling for 340-370c/kg, the tops touching 380c/kg.
Most heifers weighing more than 350kg made from $1200 to $1490/hd, while the heavier end made from $500 to $1235/hd.
Peter Ruraro of Peter Ruaro Livestock and Property said most cattle went to local buyers, with cattle also heading north to the Coonamble district.
Wodonga-based agents Brian Unthank Rural, Rodwells Peter Ruaro, Schubert Boers and Corcoran Parker conducted the sale.
