The Club aims to promote Karate as a physical art, a technique of self-defence and a sport. Students are encouraged to practise Karate according to one's fitness, for recreational participation or for competitive sports.Shinwa-Kai Karate Club is a non-profit organisation which aims to provide a program of sports karate, catering to a diverse age and physical abilities. The Club promotes and teaches students in the 'Shitoryu' style of karate, as well as preparing the students for competitions in accordance to the rules and regulations set by the World Karate Federation (WKF).
