THE Land and the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) have partnered to get more people talking about mental health, with live forums online on the first Friday of every month to talk about important mental health issues.
Our expert panel will be ready to answer your questions here at 2pm today about the effects chronic pain and injury can have on mental health and wellbeing.
We will be talking about a number of issues including the important relationship between physical and mental health, how chronic pain can impact your wellbeing and what the warning signs are, and how to stay connected when recovering from injury or experiencing chronic pain.
The panel includes:

- Dr Emma Cunningham, rural GP and Vice President of the Rural Doctors Association of NSW
- Associate Professor Tony Lower, Director of Aghealth Australia
- Gemma Nixon, rural Occupational Therapist and Case Manager at Integrity Therapy Services
