Committed Merino breeders gathered during the annual Bookham Merino ewe competition to look over the flocks entered and also to interact with other breeders all seeking to improve the flocks and ultimately the bottom line of their businesses.
Eight flocks were visited and were scrutinized under the experienced eyes and hands of judges Jono Merriman, Merrignee and Koonwarra studs, Boorowa and Simon Flick, Landmark wool specialist based at Boorowa.
