According to a company spokesperson, from humble beginnings four decades ago, Goldacres has prospered by constantly reinventing its products and business practices.
Goldacres’ philosophy is simple – to put farmers in the driver’s seat of best-fit technology to make them outstanding in their field.
“The Australian company is driven by four core values – innovation, uncompromising quality, adaptability and lastly, being courageous,” the spokesperson said.
“These four values have led Goldacres on a journey to where it is today, offering customer-based spraying solutions that take them forward with complete confidence.
“Goldacres sprayers are proudly built in Australia by a team of dedicated staff who turn ideas into reality and deliver world-class sprayers.
“Goldacres first trailing sprayer rolled out of the central Victorian site of St Arnaud in 1978 and was very basic in design with the largest tank on offer around 1600L.
“Today that machine would be more suited to pasture type spraying with broad acre machines commonly 6500-8500L and 36 metre booms.”
Goldacres offer over 80 different models of sprayers to suit many different markets, predominantly broadacre with most customers opting for either self-propelled or trailing sprayers.
Goldacres are inviting customers to see the Ballarat production facility first hand with their promotion ‘Face in the Factory’.
“This is a great opportunity for interested people to see Australian manufacturing at it’s finest and also be eligible for huge savings before the end of June 30,” the spokesperson said.
