Twenty-five vintage&nbsp;aeroplanes took off from Dubbo airport to start the first leg (to Moree) of the 90th&nbsp;anniversary great air pilgrimage to Mt Isa, Queenland.

John Cameron, Bankstown, proudly stands by his DH82 Tiger Moth built in the early 1940s. He has owned it for 35 years and took him five years to restore it. However, he says the engine still leaks oil as it did in its former years.
