A thief has made off with around 30 sheep in an overnight robbery from regional Victorian saleyard.
A stock thief has fleeced a Victorian saleyard of 30 sheep worth thousands of dollars in a late-night lamb heist.
Twenty-nine lambs and a ewe were stolen from Shepparton Regional Saleyards after being loaded aboard a truck's homemade stock crate about 1am on Friday.
Police released security-camera images of the truck, described as an Isuzu single rear axle tray or similar vehicle with a faulty passenger-side headlight, on Monday.
