Sheep graziers in the Northern Tablelands, South Coast, Central Tablelands, Southern Tablelands, South West Slopes, Riverina, Snowy Mountains and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts have been put on alert.
The Bureau of Meteorology has warned that cold temperatures, showers and south-westerly winds are expected during Wednesday.
Areas across NSW likely to be affected include the Southern Tablelands, South West Slopes, Snowy Mountains and Australian Capital Territory forecast districts.
As well as parts of the Northern Tablelands, South Coast, Central Tablelands and Riverina forecast districts.
There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
