The feature race of the day, the McDonalds Parkes, Forbes and Young 2018 Coradgery Cup over 1400m was won by Naoko.

The six year old chestnut mare was ridden by Dubbo based jockey, Ken Dunbar and is trained by Connie Greig also from Dubbo.

Live music as well as the ever popular and hotly contested fashions in the field provided entertainment between the races.

Aimee Hay from Tathra was named the best dressed contemporary lady on course showcasing a unique style and impressing the judges with her attention to detail with her accessories.

In the millinery category, the racegoer who captured the judges attention was Melissa West from “Bonnie Doon” Forbes.
