The main focus on day four of Northern Beef Week moved to north west NSW and the New England with 14 studs on show.
Rain helped lift spirits although falls in many areas were light and much more will be needed.
Opening their gates today were Merawah Poll Herefords, Boggabilla, Courallie J Herefords at Narrabri, Bowen Poll Hereford and Angus, Ironbark Herefords, Kyan Poll Herefords, The Cottage Poll Herefords and Tycolah Poll Herefords all of Barraba, YH Genetics and Swanbrook Angus, Inverell, Springside Simmentals, Myall Creek, Thornleigh Herefords and Poll Herefords, Little Plain, and Franco Herefords, Casino.
Northern Beef Week continues until Sunday, July 1.
