Not sure who’s opening their doors as part of this year’s Ausmectin Southern Beef Week?
We’ve broken it down for you – day by day with these maps to help plan your trip around from day one on July 30 to day seven on August 5.
Day One: Kicks off in the boarder towns of NSW on July 30 with seven studs opening their gates, showcasing a range of cattle including Red Angus, composites, Murray Grey, Poll Herefords, Herefords and Angus.
Day Two: Three Angus studs and one Simmental stud will open their gates on July 31, the second day of Ausmectin Southern Beef Week.
Day Three: Three studs open their gates as part of day three, August 1, with three breeds of cattle also on display.
Day Four: Seven studs covering four breeds will open their gates on August 2. Angus, Murray Grey, Charolais, and Composites will be on display.
Day Five: Three studs are open on August 3. Coffin Creek and Millah Murrah will showcase Angus while Llandillo will have Poll Herefords on display.
Day Six: Twelve studs are open on August 4. Angus, Poll Herefords, Speckle Park, Simmental, Red Angus and Devons will all be on show.
Day Seven: The final day of Southern Beef Week, August 5, will see four studs open their gates. Angus, Poll Hereford, and Black Simmentals will all be on display.
