The podcast Mamamia Out Loud is bringing their live show to Tamworth and Dubbo to raise money for Drought Angels. Hosted by Mia Freedman, Holly Wainwright and Jessie Stephens, Mamamia Out Loud Live is an extension of the award-winning twice-weekly podcast.
The team decided to do something for drought relief a month ago after their producer Lize Ratliff went home to her family property near Barraba and saw how bad things were getting. Tamworth and Dubbo were chosen as the areas surrounding them are some of the worst impacted by the drought.
The live shows have tears, laughter and the most incredible sense of community. It’s a fun night out with girlfriends and all money raised will be put back into the local communities through Drought Angels.
See Mamamia Out Loud live in Tamworth on August 17 from 7pm at the Tamworth Town Hall and in Dubbo on the September 20 at 6.30pm at the Dubbo Regional Theatre.
