The Land and the Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health (CRRMH) is ready to launch the seventh edition of the Glove Box Guide to Mental Health.
This year’s edition, in paper with The Land this Thursday, October 4, encourages rural communities to work together and support each other during tough times.
The Guide will be officially launched on Thursday at 10am at Orange City Library during Mental Health Month.
The public is welcome to attend.
RAMHP program manager Tessa Caton said the one of the key aims of the launch is to demonstrate collaboration and lift the community spirit during tough times.
This year’s Guide provides practical information and education including online therapies and information on mental well-being tools and apps, as well as tips and strategies on how to stay mentally healthy.
You can receive the 2018 Glove Box Guide to Mental Health by purchasing this week’s copy of The Land from Thursday, October 4, during Mental Health Month.
