Despite the dry conditions across the state, machinery dealer JGW enjoyed a large amount of interest at this year’s Australian National Field Days.
A family owned business with branches in Cowra and Wagga Wagga, JGW are the dealers for Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Challenger, Gleaner, Valtra, Iseki, Simplicity, John Shearer, Lely, Goldacres, Croplands, Midwest, Celli, Giltrap, Duncan and Topcon Precision AG.
JGW dealer principle Jeremy Whitty said, a lot of interest was shown in their hay and silage equipment this year.
“People were very interested in our Lely baler,” Mr Whitty said.
“Lely round balers have always been ahead of the competition, being a high-density baler – meaning there is more weight in the bale.
“It has the ability to put what is called the hard centre in the bale which makes it more efficient when rolling it up.”
JGW takes in a massive area of central and south-west NSW, and specialist in both new and used equipment, spare parts and servicing what they sell.
“JGW technicians are factory and in-house trained to diagnose even the toughest faults,” Mr Whitty said.
“This makes our time spent on customers machines the most effective, while assuring a fast repair time to keep them on the go.
“Servicing agricultural equipment of most makes and models, JGW can also offer pre-season maintenance plans on any of your fleet.
“Field service is also available for those jobs that we can carry out on the farm.”
