The perfect cheese board has been carefully selected by expert Chair of Judges, Mark Livermore from products across Australia at the Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Awards.
Five Champion and Medal winning cheese products make up the ultimate cheese board described by judges as the best seen in recent years.
Mr Livermore said despite battling one of the hardest seasons the industry has seen, dairy farmers have produced quality product that has resulted in the finest selection of cheeses.
“We have put together the best ever cheese board in terms of quality," Mr Livermore said.
“Nothing can be made without good quality milk – so a big thank you to our farmers."
The Australian Cheeseboard Perpetual Trophy includes:
Bega Rindless Cheddar Vintage; Woombye Ash Brie; Berry’s Creek Oak Blue; Meredith Dairy Goats Cheese Original Chevre; and Berry’s Creek Sunrise Plains.
