Volume buyers dominated interest in the annual autumn on-property sale of Irelands Angus at Kyemba on account Corey and Prue Ireland.
There was a total clearance of the 43 bulls offered, with top price of $7000 and average of $4965.
Top price at $7000 was paid for Irelands Nevertire, an 18 month-old son of Rawburn Boss Hogg, by a repeat buyer while volume purchasers included Mooney Pastoral Company Pty Ltd, Bundella whose draft of nine young sires topped at $5500 and averaged $4889.
Speaking after the sale, stud principal Corey Ireland expressed delight at the result and appreciation of the support through a tough season.
The sale was interfaced with AuctionsPlus, who purchased eight bulls, and was conducted by Glasser Total Sales Management, Patrice Vale, Victoria and H Francis and Co, Wagga Wagga.
