The conference also involved the election of the NSW Goat Committee with Felicity McLeod, Katie Davies, Rick Gates, Susan Howard and Ted Byers all appointed.
After many outstanding years leading the Goat Committee, Katie Davies stood down from the role of chair and was replaced by Felicity McLeod. Katie will remain actively involved in the committee in the capacity of vice-chair.
NSW Farmers wish Felicity, a rangeland goat producer and 2017 Nuffield Scholar, all the best in her new position. NSW Farmers would like to thank Katie for a supreme effort and dedication to growing the future of the NSW goat industry.
