Ridgeview Lady Gwyneth was the star of the 133rd Hawkesbury Show over the weekend, claiming supreme exhibit among a wide array of other sashes for Freemans Reach based stud Ridgeview Livestock.
The rising 22-month-old apricot Limousin heifer was by Warrigal Future Vision and from Longreach Gwyneth.
She was first judged the senior champion female before being crowned grand champion female and supreme exhibit, sponsored by Mystic Ridge Limousins, during the Limousin breed judging overseen by David Croker, Yallambee Red Angus.
In the interbreed competitions, judged by Mr Croker and Tim Lord of KO Angus, Kangaloon, Lady Gwyneth went on to be supreme interbreed champion female, before taking the top accolade of supreme exhibit.
Rising to the top of roughly 100 head of stud cattle on show, Lady Gwyneth was described as a wedge-shaped female with softness, natural thickness and the ability to get around the ring well.
She was also an integral part of the Ridgeview Livestock breeder's group pair of heifers, allowing them to take home the reserve interbreed champion sash behind the champion interbreed pair of females from Shannon Lawlor of Ausbred Genetics.
The Ausbred group consisted of Simmental females Ausbred Black Pearl and Ausbred Caribbean Pearl who was the supreme Simmental exhibit of the show, judged by Mr Lord.
Ryan Carpenter continued the reign for Ridgeview Livestock, and proved his individual strength, being named the senior and grand champion parader, as well as senior and grand champion judge, ahead of junior champion judge, Jasper Anderson, another member of the Ridgeview Livestock team,.
Mr Carpenter was also awarded the Youth Young Achiever Award of the event for the best all round junior cattle competitor.
Prior to Lady Gwyneth's big supreme win, she was also awarded reserve champion in the inaugural Hawkesbury Show Heifer Jackpot held the night before, judged by Mr Croker and Mr Lord, along with Steve Allingham.
Despite it being the first time the event had run, over 22 heifers were registered for the heifer jackpot classes with Myanga Lady Harriet exhibited by Angela and Grant Oldfield, GO Angus, Crookwell, taking top honours.
Sired by Musgrave Mediator and from Myanga Wilcoola G217, Lady Harriet was purchased by the GO Angus stud from the 2018 Myanga bull sale for the top female price.
Supreme champion interbreed bull went to Richard Wilkinson's Simmental bull from the Settler stud at Bringelly.
In another inaugural competition in the cattle section, the High School Agricultural Display was won by Colo High School, with Richmond High School in second.
Cattle demonstrations were also put on by students at the University of Western Sydney Richmond Campus provide an educational component to the show.
