Watermin Drillers have been servicing the central west for almost 60 years and according to a company spokesman, their experience, knowledge and practical approach in the region has led to being one of the most trusted names in the industry.
Watermin Drillers know that without a permanent water supply a property cannot be utilised to its full potential.
Bore water has been helping farmers maximise their potential yield for centuries.
Bore water does not evaporate or easily become polluted, is not subject to local rainfall to replenish the supply and takes up only a small amount of space.
Bore water is ideal for many properties across NSW.
Max Jones, operator of Watermin Drillers, said more and more land owners are having water bores drilled in order to drought-proof their properties.
With the recent announcement of the NSW Rural Assistance Authority, farmers across NSW can access a rebate of up to 25 per cent of their emergency water infrastructure costs to a maximum of $25,000.
The rebate will also cover eligible work undertaken since July 1, 2018.
"Now is the chance to ensure your property has access to water and the importance of choosing an established drilling company, with a proven track record, cannot be underestimated," Mr Jones said.
"More often than not a bore of inferior construction cannot be repaired and causes pumping equipment to need replacing frequently.
"The landholder has to pay to have a second bore drilled in order to have a reliable water supply.
"Another thing to look for is a guarantee covering the workmanship of the driller and all materials used to construct the bore.
"This is most important because the landowner quite often has no idea, when the driller leaves the property, whether the bore has been constructed properly or not.
"Any problems will not become apparent until after a few wet winters.
"By then the contractor may have left the area or gone out of business.
"Watermin Drillers understand that when a job gets done it must be done right the first time.
"With more than 200 years of experience between their well established team, Watermin Drillers guarantees that you can trust in the workmanship of a Watermin water bore."
