This photo from Ashley Clark at Lyndhurst shows how deep the snow was and how much fun was had on the weekend.
At Oberon, the snow was measured at 230mm, as one of the biggest snow events through NSW in years drifted its way right up the spine of NSW.
The Great Western Highway was closed on Sunday near Raglan and travellers had to find their way in a big loop to get home. Up north, the story was the same with snow closing the Oxley Highway, between Wollun Road and Bendemeer, while the New England Highway was closed on Sunday night between Uralla and Moonbi.
The snow was deep and far, from Batlow to Yass to Ben Lomond.
