THE central districts has welcomed new blood to its region with the introduction of Carry On Rocking who will begin stud duties at Allandale Park near Hobbys Yards this season.
Carry On Rocking has a lot to recommend, being by champion Australian sire Fastnet Rock, who is becoming a proven sire of sires which includes the prematurely deceased Hinchinbrook and Smart Missile, who is in the top 15 leading Australian sires for the 2019-2020 season.
Carry On Rocking's dam is just as impressive, being produced from Sydney two-year-old Group 1 winner Carry On Cutie, winner of the AJC Champagne Stakes.
A daughter of champion sire More Than Ready, Carry On Cutie is also producer of Carry On Rocking's $420,000 Inglis yearling full-brother, Raging Storm, who is now successfully racing in Hong Kong.
