The NSW Government has declared a rain event earlier this year in April over 20 properties a natural disaster, allowing farmers to access relief payments.
Heavy rainfall and flooding caused almost $1 million worth of damage across more than 533,000 hectares.
The NSW Government said financial relief was on the way for landholders affected in parts of Bourke and the Central Darling Local Government Areas (LGA) as well as Unincorporated NSW.
Minister for Agriculture and Western NSW Adam Marshall declared the rainfall event an agricultural natural disaster.
"The flooding drowned stock; eroded roads and dam banks; destroyed stored fodder and damaged fencing, floodgates and water troughs," Mr Marshall said.
"The NSW Government is pleased to support our amazing primary producers doing it tough from these regions."
The declaration means affected primary producers can now access low interest loans of up to $130,000 to repair damage suffered as a result of the rainfall and flooding on 22 April 2019.
"These measures will ensure that those primary producers have some financial relief to help with restoration costs not covered by insurance in the aftermath of the severe storm event," Mr Marshall said.
The goverment said the declaration applies to the counties of Barrona, parts of Landsbourgh and Yanda in the Bourke LGA; Mootwingee, parts of Tandora and Menindee in the Central Darling LGA and parts of Tandora and Yancowinna in Unincorporated NSW.
"NSW Agricultural Natural Disaster Assistance also provides transport freight subsidies of up to 50 per cent for the carriage of livestock and fodder.
"Primary producers affected by the 22 April 2019 rainfall are encouraged to contact the NSW Rural Assistance Authority on 1800 678 593."
