Clipex was founded in 2007 by the Olsson family, with the creation of the now famous 'clip system' fence post.
Over the years the range has diversified into animal handling products that really do make a difference to the way farmers operate, which is why Clipex has now expanded to a one stop shop for all your farming solutions.
Ashley Olsson along with his four sons, who were farmers from Goulburn, NSW, had a simple idea for a clip-in fence post and have never looked back.
What started as a simple idea with the Clipex fence post, has now grown significantly to include a wide range of innovative fencing and stockyard solutions.
According to a company spokesman, Clipex fencing has proved to be up to 12 times faster than traditional tying-off methods.
"The Clipex Beefy posts are the largest and strongest Y posts available," the spokesman said. "Clipex makes fencing maintenance easier and faster than any other fencing system."
While the season has been slower, Clipex have been focussing their attention on further developing their full range of products.
With a demanding market for improved products, Clipex are eager to continue to break the mold on creating solutions.
This year at ANFD, they will be displaying their new PGX cattle crush range, fencing solutions, sheep yard and the Clipex Sheep Handler.
Clipex will be running live demonstrations with sheep through the handler so field day visitors will be able to see how the Clipex Sheep Handler reduces time, effort and man-power.
