BROTHERS, Brayden and Lochie Gilmore, Baringa stud, Oberon, were awash with broad-coloured ribbons gained from exhibiting all champion rams and ewes at the 2019 Australian White National Show and Sale at Dubbo on Thursday and Friday.
They clean-sweeped senior, junior and grand championships and reserves in the ewe section on the first day, then did the same on the second day in the ram section.
Judge, Matthew Sherwood, livestock manager Templemore Station, Muringo, chose the grand champion ewe as the supreme exhibit saying once he ewe the ewe stand against the ram he could see the type he was following and the ewe had tremendous length and great presence about her.
"She's a very exceptional sheep," he said.
