STOCK and station agents from across Australia gathered in Canberra this month for the Australian Livestock and Property Agents Association (ALPA) annual general meeting and dinner.
The dinner was also a chance for members to formally farewell ALPA chief executive officer Andy Madigan, who announced in July this year his plans to retire.
Members welcomed the new ALPA chief executive officer Peter Baldwin.
The dinner was an opportunity for members to acknowledge Andy Madigan, ALPA legal counsel Chris Zucker, and ALPA auditor Michael Hargreaves with life membership to ALPA.
The ALPA Agency Award was presented to Luke Scales Landmark Russell, Cobar.
