The Land readers help tell stories about agriculture

The Land readers tell the stories about agriculture during the covid-19 shutdown.

The team at The Land has put together some of the best images this year that have either been taken by our journalists or readers.

When our journalists could not go on farm during the COVID-19 shutdown, our readers stepped up to help tell the important stories about agriculture.

Whether you realise it or not, these days we are all photographers with our smartphones always handy, even while we're out on the farm.

There is everything from planting images to livestock and the breathtaking sunrise image from Damon and Beth Liddicoat's property at Goolgowi, north west of Griffith to commemorate Anzac Day when we couldn't get together.

We wanted to say thanks to those who took photos to tell those stories and for those who shared them on our social media platforms for #viewfromtheland.
