SPRING may have sprung but for many across the Mid North, they woke to a blanket of snow.
Reports of snow are coming from Jamestown, Belalie North, Mount Bryan and more, as well as in the Mount Lofty Ranges.
There have also been cases of hail.
Two days ago the Bureau of Meteorology warned a "wintry blast" was on its way for SA, with cold air in the upper atmosphere moving across the south of the state.
The last time we saw snow in SA was in August when there were some falls in the Flinders Ranges, including in some areas not seen for decades.
