THE 2021 NSW Beef Spectacular Feedback Trial presentation and awards dinner to be held on January 29 has been cancelled due to COVID-19.
Normally trial entrants from throughout NSW and Victoria, along with sponsors from a number of states, would meet in Wagga Wagga to dive into the results, data and trends, while enjoying a quality eating experience.
However many of these exhibitors, sponsors, including representatives from major event partners Teys Australia, and MLA corporate chef Sam Burke, would not be able to cross borders this year due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Australian Community Media's national livestock advertising manager Brett Tindal said like we have had to over the past 12 months, the competition will evolve and shift to a virtual event.
The results and an analysis of the data and trends, as well as a demonstration on how to cook the perfect steak, will be presented during a virtual information and awards night at 7pm AEDT on February 2.
It will be open to everyone and will be hosted via The Land and Stock & Land websites and Facebook pages.
Opening up the presentation night to all parties will give everyone, not just trial participants, the opportunity to look at all the results that are collected and analysed, Mr Tindal said.
"It will provide an insight to many people hat are interested in feedlot trials and carcase competitions, and we hope it encourages more people to look at entering in the future."
Participants will receive their feedback packs in the mail after February 3.
Although the trial was still able to run amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr Tindal said the trial participants were not been able to undertake the full experience this year, that usually includes looking at their cattle in the feed yard, to see their progress.
