THE 2021 Sydney Royal Easter Show's meat and dual purpose meat sheep competition was brought to a close in the Cox Pavillion on Sunday with a presentation ceremony.
Immediate past Royal Agricultural Society, NSW (RAS) president and honorary RAS councillor Robert Ryan presented the successful exhibitors with their awards.
Mr Ryan praised the efforts of exhibitors to show in Sydney this year in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

"There is no doubt preparing for this year's show would have been difficult to exhibit in Sydney this year and for that I want to commend all of the exhibitors for their efforts," Mr Ryan said.
"You should all be very proud and I also want to congratulate those successful exhibitors for their efforts as well."
The presentation ceremony was concluded with a charity auction, which featured the sale of two donated boxes of Corriedale lamb, which brought more than $1000 of proceeds to the RAS.
