Treasurer Josh Frydenberg is set to hand down his third budget on Tuesday night, with billions of dollars of spending set to be outlined.
It comes just seven months after last year's budget, which was delayed until October due to COVID-19.
Large cash splashes have already been announced in areas such as infrastructure, childcare and aged care.
