Male averages improved by $3564 over the 2020 result at Friday's annual Roma Brangus Sale.
In all, 75 bulls averaged $11,013 to sell to a top of $34,000 to clear 97 per cent of the offering, while a total clearance of heifers saw 18 average $4277 to top at $6000.
Buyers from three states took home cattle with clearance levels in the bull section of the catalogue rising by 8pc.
Market topper was Glenoyra Outlaw offered by Mark and Melinda Beckman, Glenoyra stud, Aubigny.
The 820 kilogram, 30-month-old son of Nettle Creek Sovereign was purchased by Richard and Liz Reynolds, Glenrosa stud, Gin Gin.
The team of five from Glenoyra averaged $15,333.
Next best at $30,000 was Gunnadoo Park Lawman 2544 offered by Jeff and Kerri-Ann Parker, Gunnadoo stud, Manilla, NSW.
The 27-month-old, 886kg son of Gunnadoo Park Impact was purchased by Bruce and Leanne Woodard, Bonox stud, Taroom.
Top-selling heifer was Gunnadoo Park Megan offered by Jeff and Kerri-Ann Parker, Gunnadoo stud, Manilla, NSW.
Taking home the 15-month-old, Gunnadoo Park Impact daughter were Greg and Angelique Boyce, Mullamuddy stud, Gunnedah, NSW.
Three bulls made sums of $24,000.
First of these was Inavale 1049 (Earlwood 3357) offered by John and Alison Bell, Inavale stud, Boonah, and the next was the Beef expo champion, Kulkyne Queensland offered by Henry Sinnamon, Kulkyne stud, Jackson. Both were purchased by Adrian Forrest, Gidyea stud, Augathella.
The last was a member of the Glenoyra team selling to the Saunders family, Pheasant Creek stud, Wowan.
Four from Kulkyne averaged $14,750, while eight from Inavale set a $14,750 average.
