Well known for its easy fencing solutions and quality animal handlers, the Clipex story began with Ashley Olsson who finished his fitter and machinist apprenticeship in 1985.
After two years assisting in the production, machinery design, fabrication, installation and maintenance for Olsson Salt, started by his grandfather, Mr Olsson changed direction to help his family manage their farm in Goulburn.
In 2006, he and his family moved full time to Royal Oak to run the farm full time.
Driving home to his farm in Goulburn, Mr Olsson saw an older farmer struggle with his old rusty fence.
It was then that he decided there must be a better way.
The concept for the Clipex fence post was born and fencing has never been faster or easier.
By 2008, the first Clipex posts with unique blue coatings were made.
Clipex fencing has proved to be up to 12 times faster than traditional tying-off methods, making fencing maintenance easier and faster than ever.
