The energy and climate change minister is calling for the private sector to help sell the economics of renewable energy and boost the sector in Australia.
Chris Bowen will on Friday address the Climate Change Investment and Finance Summit, where he will spruik the government's climate policies and outline jobs and investment opportunities in the sector.
"For too long, Australians had been led to believe that climate change posed a choice; The environment or the economy. The cities or the regions," he will tell the summit.
"Good climate action can benefit us all because the truth is that good energy policy is key to good economic policy.
"The Albanese Government wants to unleash private investment. We want to give you the framework, the certainty and the partnership you need."

The summit is being hosted by the Investor Group on Climate Change, a collaboration of Australian and New Zealand investors.
"We need groups like the IGCC to continue making the case to all Australians that good climate policy is good for investment and good for jobs," Mr Bowen said.
"More than that, as we get on with unleashing investment, we will show that the world's climate emergency is indeed Australia's jobs opportunity."
Mr Bowen adds that the government will seek to utilise Australia's solar and wind resources as well as skilled workforce and energy storage space in order to become a clean energy export superpower.
"Australia is under new management and Australia is open for business in the new global economy."
