BULLS sold to a top of $10,000 at the annual Manali Limousins sale at "Yarramac", Scone on Friday.
All 39 bulls offered sold, averaging $4846.
The top bull, Manali J173, was purchased by Robert and Stephen Gill, "Alexander Downs", Merriwa.
J173, an 24-month-old apricot bull by Manali Sudden Impact G130 and from Turanville Sarah A5, weighed 868 kilograms, had a scrotal circumference of 39 centimetres, measured eight millimetres and 6mm on the rump and rib and had an eye muscle area of 141 square centimetres.
The volume buyer was Paul Frampton, Dunedoo, who purchased eight bulls.
The sale was conducted by MacCallum Inglis, Scone, with Stuart Sheldrake auctioneering.
