CENTRAL West bidders stood out at the Kirraweena Glenholme Herefords sale on March 5 which topped at $4000 twice.
Geoff and Heather Bush, Cootamundra, sold 9/17 bulls to a top of $4000 and averaged $3222, and 19/36 heifers to a top of $2550, and an average of $1174.
Return buyer Mick Pratten, "Koolewong", Borenore, paid the top price of $4000 twice.
He secured three bulls on the day.
First time buyer Barry Jones, "Weona", Cowra, secured 12 heifers to a top of $2550 and averaged $1333.
Buyers came from the Central West, the Monaro and the local region.
