THE Bullmax log splitter was imported and redesigned for Australian conditions by Bullmax chief executive Stephen Clark.
Together with Mr Della, he worked to develop a product to stand head and shoulders above other log splitters on the market.
Mr Clark, who hails from Wagga and Cowra, has a business in Cronulla and Angus cattle on a property at Laggan.
"With a mix of my country background and business skills I saw the opportunity to import machines that were suitable to Australian conditions, one of those being the perfect Australian log splitter.
"I wanted to create a machine that could withstand the toughest wood out there."
Mr Clark has more plans up his sleeve to import more "Australian-suited" equipment.
He is now in the development stages of a petrol-driven post driver and fire pumps to name a few.
"I've been coming to the area for the last 20 years," Mr Clark said.
"Three years ago my wife and I purchased some land outside of Laggan with the intention of one day maybe making it our home.
When they visit the areas, Mr Clark and his family stay at the 2500 hectare mixed grazing enterprise "Thalaba", owned by John and Marion Williams.
He believes they have some of the hardest wood he's ever had to try and split.
"The machine got a proper workout when we tried it out on the Australian hardwood at 'Thalaba'," Mr Clark said.
