THE 1511 hectare (3732 acre) North West NSW property Brooklyn has been listed for private sale at $1150/acre with Moree Real Estate, after it was withdrawn from its scheduled August 26 auction.
That makes the asking price $2840/ha or $4.292 million.
The estimated carrying capacity is described as 500 breeders in a normal season.
Located 65km east of Moree and 40km west of Warialda, the freehold property comprises gently sloping to parts undulating red and chocolate basalt soils with intrusions of lighter soils in the more hillier country. Some 120 tonnes of single super was spread over 970ha in March 2016.

Water is supplied by three bores, 23 dams, and a semi permanent creek. Brooklyn is fenced into 24 paddocks and has laneways. Other improvements include a homestead, second homestead, sheds, workshop, steel cattle yards, three stand wool shed, stables, and silos.
