In a huge catalogue, 448 Angus bulls averaged $US14,084 and 202 females averaged $US12,468, for a sale gross of $US8,827,750.
SAV Elation 7899, a 14-month-old son of Sinclair Emulation XXP and SAV Blackcap May 1782, made the top money, selling to Square B Ranch, Warsaw, Missouri and Bogle Ranch, Bentonville, Arkansas.
The female sale topped at $US500,000, for 12-month-old SAV Blackcap May 7061, by Coleman Charlo 0256 from SAV Blackcap May 4136. May 7061 was purchased by Herbster Angus Farms, Falls City, Nebraska.
