A total clearance of 154 Wanganella and Poll Boonoke Merino and Poll Merino rams sold to a top of $18,000 .
THERE was strong demand at F.S. Falkiner and Sons, Conargo, where they achieved a total clearance at its annual Wanganella and Poll Boonoke ram sale on Wednesday.

All 154 Merino and Poll Merino rams offered were sold to average $2562 - more than $600 above the 2013 sale, with only six less rams up for grabs this year.
Topping the sale was a March-shorn 2013-drop Poll Boonoke ram, bought by Russell Jones, Darriwell Merinos, Trundle, at $18,000.
This figure was also up on last year's top price of $16,000.
