A MAN alleged to have shot at a young man mustering sheep has been arrested at Glen Innes and charged with intimidation.

NSW police confirmed the 39-year-old man will face court after allegedly firing a rifle at one man and physically assaulting another on Friday afternoon.
About 4.10pm that day, a 26-year-old man was mustering sheep on a property on Herbert St when the accused man allegedly fired a rifle in his direction.
The sheep musterer is believed to be unharmed.
The trouble was said to have started about 3.40pm on Friday, when a 31-year-old man went to a home on Herbert St and spoke to the accused.
Police have been told the occupant allegedly pushed the man to the ground and kicked his head and back.
Following the alleged shot being fired later that afternoon, the police were called and the accused was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and intimidation.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Glen Innes Local Court on Friday, September 26.
