The listing of the properties follows on from a good run of sales in the district, which has proved to be particularly popular with Sydney buyers.
Both mortgagee sales, the properties are listed for sale with Elders Goulburn in conjunction with KordaMentha Real Estate.
These two properties are set to appeal to a wide range of buyers, and given a solid range of improvements - the majority in excellent condition - both "Nolaroo Central" and "Nolaroo North" would be high on a prospective buyer's list of options.
Elders Goulburn agent David Medina said the current manager of the properties had done a "fantastic job" and under his stewardship both had performed very well.
Aside from productivity and location - in the sought-after Tar- alga district - infrastructure is considered a highlight of both offerings.
The larger "Nolaroo North", at 250ha (618ac) includes a set of cattle yards with the capacity of 250 head, in as-new condition, a large machinery or hay shed, and new internal fencing.
It has been subdivided into 13 paddocks, offers four dams, and water storage is plentiful with 100,000 litres offered.
And the 102ha (252ac) "Nolaroo Central" has a two stand shearing shed and yards, and as-new cattle yards.
Stock movement across this property - which has operated as a Hereford stud - is enhanced with all weather laneways.
"Nolaroo Central" is subdivided into 19 paddocks, has nine dams and a bore, and a four bedroom weatherboard house.
Both properties have been destocked and feature strong pastures.
They head to auction on June 26.
