Of the 146 horses offered, 40 will be ridden, with the rest made up of broodmares, yearlings and weanlings.
In 2013 the sale turned over more than $1 million, topping at $56,000 with Little Marla Cat, purchased by John Keats, Algester, Queensland.
This year's sale, on June 5 and 6, offers buyers local and imported bloodlines from some of the sport's top performers.
Among the top picks in the sale is lot 10, EBs Fescue by Dual Rey out of a Docs Spinafex mare, EBs Clipsal.
"This horse is a full brother to EBs Phalaris, a $102,000 money earner and a proven futurity horse," Landmark stud stock account manager North East Division Joel Fleming said.
"The sale is progressively getting bigger. It's become the showcase for cutting genetics in Australia.
"We also have genetics from over- seas with imported bloodlines available."
